BIGGEST SUCCESS IN LIFE?
Graduated from university through the effort of my grandfather, who settled in BC since 1913, bringing me to Canada; subsequently worked at TRIUMF and was elected as MLA.
BIGGEST FAILURE OR REGRET IN LIFE?
I regret that I could not spend more time with my family when the three children were growing up … now they are all adults graduated from Burnaby North Secondary...*
WHY I WOULD MAKE A GREAT MLA
I am a good listener with warm people-to-people skills plus an analytical mind to see through the complexity of various issues to help find plausible paths to solutions.
FAVOURITE BOOK OR MOVIE?
I enjoy watching Harry Potter movies. Life is an adventure going through different stages with many interactions between families, friends and colleagues … a bit of magic would expand our...*
