Have you ever wanted to become a part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe?
Now you can: the Marvel Avengers STATION exhibition, coming to Burnaby’s Brentwood mall on March 3, is seeking “charismatic” individuals to work as an “Avengers STATION Agent.”
In the role, you’d perform in-character for guests as a briefing agent, laboratory/tech, security agent or general guide using scripted lines and spontaneous ad libbing, according to the job description.
You’d also oversee the care and general cleaning of the exhibit area, as well as provide guest services like answering questions and giving directions.
The job description wants Marvel STATION agents to have a positive and outgoing attitude with “the ability to command a room,” and public speaking and performing experience is considered an asset.
Full-time and part-time hours are available seven days per week, and you must be available for weekends and holidays.
The job pays $18 an hour and has an application deadline of Feb. 20.
For more information and to apply, see the job posting online.
The self-guided exhibit, which includes movie-based props, costumes and augmented reality, runs from March 3 to May 28 at the Amazing Brentwood at 4567 Lougheed Hwy. Tickets start at $29.
