For those looking for an alternative to the traditional floral bouquet in Burnaby, how about a bouquet of pineapple daisies instead?
Edible Arrangements delivers fresh fruit arrangements - including dipped strawberries and Hello Kitty pineapple cutouts. The company first opened in East Haven, Connecticut, in 1999 and is popular in the United States and Eastern Canada.
Leanne Ma has opened the first location in Burnaby, at 4459 Lougheed Hwy.
Ma opened her first franchise on Arbutus Street in Vancouver last year. Now, she's set up shop in Burnaby, in the Brentwood neighbourhood where she used to live. Ma was the subject of a Burnaby NOW feature story last summer.
