Burnaby home once again included in BC Children's Hospital lottery

The prize package is worth more than $2.6 million.

A Burnaby condo is once again included in a BC Children's Hospital lottery.

The 845 sq. ft. two-bedroom suite is located in Eclipse Brentwood at 2901-2381 Beta Ave. with a 106 sq. ft. deck is one of 10 grand prize choices in the 2024 BC Children's Hospital Dream Lottery.

The $2.6-million prize package was also included in the Choices Lottery draw in April of this year.

The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den and a parking spot.

Should the drawn winner pick the Burnaby property, they would also take home $40,000 cash for furniture, a 2024 Tesla Model X Plaid, $150,000 worth of Travel Best Bets gift cards, gas and groceries for a year ($15,000 Save-On-Foods gift card or $11,000 cash and $10,000 Esso gift card or $7,500 cash) and $1,075,000 in cash.

Other prize homes are located in Vancouver, Vernon, Sooke, Langley, Courtenay, Maple Ridge, Kelowna and South Surrey.

"BC Children’s Hospital Dream Lottery funds play a crucial role in advancing pediatric health care research, paving the way for transformative medical breakthroughs that can change children’s lives," Malcolm Berry, president and CEO of the BC Children's Hospital Foundation, said in a news release.

"Every year, over 130,000 kids and youth from all corners of BC and the Yukon rely on BC Children’s for specialized care. Your support through Dream Lottery tickets empowers researchers to push boundaries and pursue innovative ideas that hold the promise of monumental progress in children's health.”

Those who are 19+ and interested in grabbing tickets have until midnight on Friday, Oct. 11, 2024, to purchase or until all tickets are sold out.

Choices Lottery's statement says there are 3,042 prizes worth more than $3.5 million available for the draw.
