Burnaby is ready to open its newest spray park at Wesburn Park, and you can come out to celebrate May 24.
The official opening will include fun, family-friendly activities such as bird house-making, Burnaby Art Gallery crafts and learning about bee condos.
Burnaby Mayor Mike Hurley and the city's general manager of parks and recreation, Mary Morrison-Clark, will speak at the launch.
Rocky Point Ice Cream will be available for one scoop per person while quantities last.
Burnaby is in the midst of a years-long plan to upgrade many of its park's playgrounds.

Cost: Free admission
