The Canadian Press projects Liberal Party of Canada incumbent Terry Beech has won the riding of Burnaby North-Seymour.
As of 9:34 p.m., Beech holds 11,970 votes while Jim Hanson of the NDP Party of Canada has 9,229.
Green Party of Canada candidate Peter Dolling is at 1,023 votes, with Conservative Party of Canada's Kelsey Shein with 7,578.
People's Party of Canada candidate Brad Nickerson sits at 882.

Elections Canada is reporting with 135 polls counted, Beech now has 9,745 votes compared to Hanson's 7,561.

Beech is now beginning to pull away.
With 90 out of 191 polls reporting to Elections Canada, Beech holds 7,401 votes.
NDP Party of Canada candidate Jim Hanson sits at 5,594 while Kelsey Shein has 4,662.
People's Party of Canada candidate Brad Nickerson has 553 votes followed by Green Party of Canada candidate Peter Dolling with 594.

Liberal Party of Canada incumbent Terry Beech's lead continues to widen.
With 75 out of 191 polls reporting, Beech has tallied 5,818 votes. Hanson is behind him with 4,195. Kelsey Shein starting to drop behind at 3,565.

Justin Trudeau will remain the Prime Minister of Canada, but not with the majority he had hoped for.
The Canadian Press and other reports are projecting that the Liberal Party of Canada will still hold a minority government.

With 45 out of 191 polls reporting, Beech now sits at 3,696 votes (40.7%) compared to Hanson's 2,537 (28%).
Kelsey Shein is currently at 2,293 (25.3%).

With 22 of 191 polls reporting, Beech is widening his lead with 1,888 votes. Hanson is in second with 1,309 votes while the Conservative candidate Kelsey Shein is at 1,103 votes.

Liberal incumbent Terry Beech has 225 votes compared to NDP of Canada's Jim Hanson with 140.

The Canadian Press and other networks are projecting the Liberal Party of Canada will win the 44th federal election. It is too early to say if it will be a majority or minority government.
