For a day of arts, culture and reading, head to the South Burnaby Neighbourhood House on Nov. 27.
With a community art exhibit, children’s storytime and multicultural performances, this will be a fun, family-friendly celebration filled with learning.
There will be a variety of crafts for kids, including activities planned by the Jewish Federation of Greater Vancouver.
“We are so very fortunate to live in a thriving multicultural community in harmony in Burnaby and this is an ideal opportunity to celebrate together,” said Asmita Lawrence, director of Culture Chats, in a press release.
The day is part of B.C.’s multiculturalism week.
Culture Chats BC is a non-profit promoting multicultural connections through engagement with literary arts and more. You can find more information on the Culture Chats website.
