The Burnaby Public Library is working on a new strategic plan, and you can help shape its focus.

The library is hosting three ways to share your thoughts.

You can meet BPL’s chief librarian Beth Davies, and even a library board trustee, at an outdoor session in park spaces around the city.

The library park sessions are on:

Sunday, June 4 at Edmonds Park (south side, near the splash park) between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Sunday, June 11 at Cariboo Park (near the public washrooms and playground) from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

You can take an online survey until June 18; paper copies are also available at the four Burnaby libraries.

The library will also accept “Connection Cards” for you to share what connection means to you – they’ll be available at all locations during opening hours and will be on display till June 11.

For more information, see the library website. You can read the previous strategic plan here.
