Wind vane? Piper, a bearded collie, out for a walk with Marnie Pummell on the grounds of the Shadbolt Centre in Burnaby, doesn't seem to mind when the wind ruffles his coat. However, high winds on Sunday night in the city did cause some trees to fall and slow commuters on Monday morning.
