Burnaby's cheapest gas available dropped by a whopping seven cents in the last week.
The Super Save Gas on 6th Street is currently offering $1.74 per litre — seven days after posting the most expensive fuel in the city at $1.81 per litre, according to GasBuddy.com's latest report (see list below).
That's four cents more than Metro Vancouver's most affordable fuel: $1.70 per litre at Super Save Gas along 200 Street in Langley.
However, Burnaby motorists may find more consistently at local pumps regardless of which product they prefer.
The city's average price is $1.77 per litre, as of this publication, Aug. 9, which is one cent less than $1.78 from last Friday, Aug. 2.
B.C.'s most affordable price is roughly 85 km east of Burnaby: $1.61 per litre at multiple locations in Chilliwack.
