Police are looking for dashcam video and more witnesses after a crash on the Vancouver-Burnaby border last week that sent a motorcyclist to hospital with "serious injuries."

Officers were called to the intersection of Boundary Road and Frances Street just before 6:15 a.m. on June 19 for reports of the collision, according to Burnaby RCMP.

"It has been reported that the motorcycle was travelling northbound on Boundary Road when it struck the side of a pick-up truck driving westbound on Frances Street. The driver of the truck remained on scene," stated a news release Tuesday.

The motorcyclist remains in the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.

"Our investigators have spoken to many witnesses, but we believe there may be video of this collision," Burnaby RCMP Cpl. Mike Kalanj said in the release. "If you have dashcam or any type of video of this collision, please contact the Burnaby RCMP."
