Photos: Hats Off Day street party takes over the Heights

One of Lower Mainland’s largest annual street festivals returned to Burnaby.

The time is right, for dancing in the street.

Despite a few brief showers, the crowds turned up to enjoy food, live music, roving entertainers and a show-and-shine along Hastings Street on Saturday.
