As Canada celebrated its 156th birthday, people across the country donned their whites and reds and gathered in their local neighbourhoods to celebrate the day.
Canada Day celebrations in Burnaby were nothing sort of a spectacle — with crowds flocking to Burnaby’s Metrotown neighbourhood for the StreetFest on Central and a “fireball” fireworks showdown in Central Park.
