Burnaby firefighters were called to an apartment building near Lougheed Town Centre on Tuesday.
Firefighters were called to 3755 Bartlett Crt. around 11:30 a.m. The fire was caused by a burnt pot on a stove and quickly put out by firefighters, fire crews on scene told the NOW.
While the fire was initially classified as a two-alarm blaze, it was easily contained to one unit. No injuries were reported.
