VIRTUALLY LIVING AT WESTRIDGE

In other technological innovations in the city, a new townhome community in Burnaby, Westridge Living, has an online open house.

The property's developer, Listraor Group, came up with the interactive open house concept to give potential buyers a place to share feedback and advice, according to a company press release.

"Through this innovative approach, potential buyers can invite friends and family to attend an interactive online open house with them, where a "live" real estate agent will take them on a tour and answer questions, in real time," the release stated.

According to Listraor, it is the first online interactive open house posted by a developer.

Buyers who signed up for the open house and purchased a Westridge townhome before Nov. 11 received $20,000 off the list price, the release stated.
