Dry grad video contest now in its third year in B.C

An annual effort to help limit drinking and driving by teens is now underway.

BCAA recently launched its third annual Dry Grad Video Challenge in which Grade 12 students from across B.C. and the Yukon are invited to produce a video that speaks to their peers about the dangers of mixing drinking, drugs and driving.

Students have until Nov. 7 to submit their videos on the bcaa.com/ drygrad website. A complete list of contest rules and details can be found at bcaa.com/drygrad.

Winners will be announced in January and the producers of the first, second-and third-place videos will be awarded $4,000, $2,000 and $1,000, respectively, to support their school's dry grad celebration.
