Homes sold in Burnaby ranged from $3.85 million for a detached home in Capitol Hill to $420,000 for a condo in Cascade Heights.

Home sales took a dip in Burnaby last month after a high in May.

July saw 324 local homes sold in total, including 59 detached homes, 213 apartments and 52 townhomes.
