The Brentwood London Drugs in Burnaby is getting a new home in 2025.

B.C.-based retailer London Drugs plans to move its Brentwood Town Centre store just a few steps away come May 2025.

The Brentwood mall London Drugs will move from its location inside the mall to the shopfront outside on the plaza connecting to the SkyTrain station.

The new location will feature an “innovative Connected Wellness store concept that allows customers to easily access the full-service London Drugs pharmacy and explore the technology and beauty departments,” according to a press release.

Clint Mahlman, London Drugs’ president and COO, said the company can’t wait to welcome customers into the new space to experience the new look and feel.

“We are excited to unveil this refreshed London Drugs concept at our new location at Brentwood Town Centre,” Mahlman said in the release.

“For over 79 years, London Drugs has been a trusted retailer for countless Western Canadians, and this new design further strengthens our ability to seamlessly provide wellness supports and innovation to our customers in Burnaby.”

The current London Drugs location will close in conjunction with the new location opening, and the new store will open the day after the old location closes, a company spokesperson told the Burnaby NOW.

Shape Properties, the owner of the Amazing Brentwood mall and property, has plans to develop the site, including where the current London Drugs is located.
