Vancouver police have released images of a man they suspect in three reported flashing incidents on the Langara College campus.

“Investigators believe this man is a suspect in three indecent acts at the college since last month,” says Constable Tania Visintin in an April 29 media release.  “We’re working to determine if this man is connected to other unsolved cases in Vancouver and neighbouring cities.”

The first incident happened on March 20 when a man "flashed" his genitals to a student in the college library. A week later, on March 27, a man exposed his genitals to a staff member at the college, and on April 19 a man exposed his genitals to a student inside the college library.

In both the second and third "flashing" incidents, the suspect had fled before police arrived.

In all three incidents, the suspect is described as dark-skinned and between five foot five inches and five foot seven inches tall.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call VPD investigators at 604-717-0604. Anyone who sees this man committing a crime in progress, please call 911 right away, urge the authorities.
