Those visiting a Burnaby ICBC driver licensing office and four other offices in the Lower Mainland will require appointments starting Nov. 23.
According to the insurance agency, the decision to implement appointment-only visits is to minimize the number of customers waiting for service in person, and to increase the public’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
While ICBC acknowledges that appointments may be booked up, each of the five locations are allocating two hours for walk-in visits during the day.
