Dear Editor:
If I were Adrian Dix, one of the last topics I would talk about was how good the NDP's management of the economy was when they were in power the last time.
When they came in office they inherited an economy that was the leading provincial economy in Canada, and by the time they had left office, B.C. was at the bottom of the pack, and that is a record of economic and financial management that can only be described as abominable.
He also pointed out how B.C.'s economy grew more during 10-year periods, comparing NDP and Liberal governments, failing to mention, of course, that we are only a couple of years removed from the worst financial and economic situation in over 70 years. There is nothing in Adrian Dix's background to suggest that he has any economic expertise to provide leadership in this area.
