Does the City of Burnaby need to charge more from big developers?

Burnaby development cost charges are from the last century.

Being outdated was a reason given to support the spot rezoning of the BCGEU's Palm Avenue properties.

That the Royal Oak community plan was "outdated."

Mayor and council need to address the outdated development cost charges immediately and charge a correct fee to recover costs and not download this cost on to Burnaby citizens who are subsidizing infrastructure which should be coming from the developers.
