Letter: Wonderful bike lane; terrible design

Driveways, view obstructions make Rumble Street urban trail and other Burnaby cycling lanes into danger zones, reader says.

Editor: Burnaby has many bike lanes that driveways back onto. It creates a huge, dangerous problem.

The bike lane on Rumble Street also has many bushes obstructing views on cross streets for both cyclists and cars, which creates a more dangerous situation.

Please put signs up at stop lines reminding drivers to look both ways on the bike lane before proceeding onto the road.
