Re: Gov't workers take more sick days, In My Opinion, Burnaby NOW, Sept. 13.
Why, every time we turn on the news or open a newspaper, do we see Mr. Jordan Bateman and the Canadian Taxpayers Federation spouting off and giving us their two-cents' worth whenever any government agency spends money?
They seem to be against everything all of the time. And actually, who is paying this right-wing naysayer to be the judge and jury over what's going on in this province and Canada?
Personally, these groups with all of their fancy "holier-than-thou" names and acronyms should be required to really identify themselves and their financial backers rather than simply hiding behind some name they think lends credulity to their opinions.
