Dear Editor:
Refereeing as atrocious as that at the women's semi-final soccer game between Canada and the U.S.A makes a mockery of the sport. Once again an important soccer game was decided by officiating errors. The referee was so incompetent and onesided that it makes one wonder if the fix was in. International soccer needs to take decisive acting before the integrity of the sport is damaged further.
