I watch a lot of real estate shows and it’s always interesting to see how homes are priced for sale.
Sometimes what the buyer wants and what a real estate agent thinks it should go far are prices that are far apart.
I was perusing my company’s Real Estate Weekly site and found the most expensive house for sale in Burnaby right now. And it’s a price that’s millions of dollars more than #2 on the list.
It’s a six-bedroom, eight-bath house at 6308 Buckingham Dr. – pretty much the most expensive neighbourhood in Burnaby. With 6,300 square feet of space, the house is just three years old and is listed at $5.5 million. The next lowest price I found was just a hair over $3 million.
