HEAVENLY JELL-O DELIGHT

This is a simple recipe that kids of all ages will enjoy after a good Christmas dinner.

Ingredients:

170 g Jell-O powder

One tbsp (15 ml) gelatin

Two cups (500 ml) whipped cream

Dissolve/boil 170 g Jell-O powder (pick your favorite flavour) in two cups (500 ml) of boiling water.

In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp (15 ml) of gelatin over 1/4 cup (50 ml) very hot water. Stir mixture until it's completely dissolved (about one to two minutes).

Stir the gelatin mixture into the Jell-O mixture.

Pour 500 ml whipped cream into the Jell-O mixture, lightly boil, and stir.

Turn off the stovetop. Stir in two cups (500 ml) of cold water.

Chill until set.

After the Jell-O mix cools, the two layers - Jell-O and whipped cream - will separate and form two beautiful layers of crystal clear Jell-O and creamy jelly.
