Mike Bosa is a minority shareholder in the 4555 Hastings St. property and also provides development services to the Solterra Group of Companies, however, Solterra is not involved with the property.
The majority shareholders are known as Heights Entertainment - made up of three local investors, including Sheldon and Marie Scott.
