Update: Burnaby RCMP say Peter Shenher was found dead on Feb. 27, 2024.
"The death does not appear to be suspicious," spokesperson Cpl. Mike Kalanj said in a statement.

RCMP are appealing to the public once again for a missing 56-year-old man last seen near Burnaby Hospital.
Police have obtained a new up-to-date image of Peter Shenher, who hasn't been seen since 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 12 near Kincaid Street and Smith Avenue.
The new photo shows Shenher on Feb. 12 in the 3800 block of Nithsdale Street — located north of Burnaby Hospital and one block south of Avondale Park.

A 56-year-old man reportedly last seen near Burnaby Hospital has been missing for more than a week.
Peter Shenher's last known sighting was the afternoon of Monday, Feb. 12, according to RCMP spokesperson Cpl. Mike Kalanj in a news release from Saturday, Feb. 17.
Police are now asking for the public's help to find Shenher.
He was last seen at around 3:45 p.m. on Feb. 12 near Kincaid Street and Smith Avenue — located one block west of Burnaby Hospital.
Shenher is described as:
- 6'1"
- 225 pounds
- Short blond hair
- Last seen wearing....
- Grey "Burton" hoodie
- Black pants
